The HR Manager's overall responsibility is to oversee the administrative, employment, legal and safety functions of our organization.
It is expected the HR Manager in our organization will have the following duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain the Company's personnel and payroll records in accordance with local, State and Federal law and regulations Develop and maintain work rules and Employee Manual, pay and benefits plans, and discipline and termination actions, etc.
Perform weekly payroll and run reports, maintain payroll and time card systems Manage the recruitment and selection process, new hire orientation/onboarding Maintain training data base, and ensure employee maintain job qualifications and training Administer all annual open enrollment programs for group medical benefits, 401(k) Obtain insurance renewal quotes for benefits and all commercial lines of insurance Develop and maintain all aspects of the Company's Safety, Waste Management and Fleet Programs Initiate First Report of Injury and maintain the workers' compensation and light duty programs Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual tax reports and documents Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.
